1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lifeforce Essential Oils website (lifeforceworld.com), purchasing products, or registering as a distributor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Registration

• Registration requires a valid referral from an existing member.
• New members must make a minimum purchase of 32 BV within 30 days of registration to activate their account.
• Failure to make the first purchase within 30 days will result in permanent deletion of the member ID.
• KYC verification (Aadhaar + PAN) is mandatory for receiving commission payouts.
• Each individual may hold only one membership account.
• Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension or deletion.

3. Products & Pricing

• All products are sold as-is with the descriptions provided on the website.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Member prices are available only to registered and active members.
• BV (Business Volume) values are assigned to each product and are non-negotiable.
• ABCH reserves the right to modify product prices and BV values at any time.

4. Commission & Compensation

• Commissions are calculated monthly based on the compensation plan in effect.
• To receive commission payouts, members must meet the monthly eligibility requirement of 32 BV (from self-purchase or new member joining).
• Payouts are processed via bank NEFT transfer by the 7th of the following month.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is applied as per Indian tax regulations.
• Product Points (PP) earned through purchases and rank achievements carry forward and never expire unless the member ID is deleted.
• Orders paid using PP redemption do not earn BV credit.
• ABCH reserves the right to modify the compensation plan with reasonable notice to members.

5. Account Inactivity

• Member accounts with no activity for 6 consecutive months will be permanently deleted.
• PP balance is forfeited upon account deletion.
• Warning notifications will be sent before account deletion.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Making false income claims or exaggerated earnings projections
• Misrepresenting product benefits or making medical claims
• Spamming or unsolicited messaging for recruitment
• Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities
• Selling ABCH products on unauthorised marketplaces or below retail price
• Cross-recruiting members from other ABCH teams

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ABCH website, including logos, product images, text, and designs, are the property of Lifeforce Essential Oils Pvt Ltd. Members may use ABCH branding materials only as provided by the company for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lifeforce Essential Oils shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
