Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Lifeforce Essential Oils currently delivers across India. We ship to all major cities, towns, and most PIN codes serviceable by our courier partners Bluedart and Shiprocket.

2. Delivery Timelines

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply based on order weight and destination.
• Free shipping on orders above a specified threshold (check during checkout).
• Bio-Defence Power Bonus free bottles are shipped at no additional cost to the member.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 2 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• WhatsApp notification with courier name and AWB (tracking) number
• Email confirmation with tracking link
• Real-time tracking available in your member dashboard

Our primary courier partner is Bluedart with Shiprocket as a fallback. Both provide real-time tracking updates.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted for re-shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Packaging

All essential oils are packed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Bottles are individually wrapped and placed in cushioned boxes. If you receive a damaged package, please document with photos before opening and contact our support team immediately.
