Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. The return request must be initiated through your member dashboard or by contacting our support team.

2. Eligible for Return

• Damaged products received during shipping
• Incorrect products delivered (wrong item)
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Products that are expired at the time of delivery

3. Not Eligible for Return

• Essential oils that have been opened or unsealed (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
• Products returned after the 7-day return window
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Free products received through promotional offers
• Bio-Defence Power Bonus free bottles

4. How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account or UPI).
• If the order was paid using Product Points (PP), the PP will be credited back to your PP balance.
• BV credited from the original order will be deducted upon refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement

For damaged or incorrect products, we offer free replacement (subject to stock availability). If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is packed and handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible. Contact support immediately after placing an order if you wish to cancel.
